Our Objectives
GACCA is organized and operates exclusively for professional, educational, and
charitable purposes, including, but not limited to, the following:
Bringing Together concierge, guest services, visitor services, and other hospitality and tourism professionals within the Greater Atlantic City region to promote high standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Providing educational programs, training opportunities, and professional development for GACCA members.
Fostering the development of concierge and guest services roles within the hotel, motel, resort, casino, tourism, and travel industries.
Facilitating networking, collaboration, and the exchange of knowledge among GACCA members.
Coordinating, promoting, and assisting in the activities and initiatives that support GACCA members and advance service excellence.
Promoting a greater understanding of the concierge profession and fostering cooperation among hospitality, tourism, business, and cultural organizations within the Atlantic City region.
Supporting initiatives and programs that enhance technical skills, professionalism, and service quality within the hospitality industry.
