Japanese celebrity chef and restauranteur Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa is renowned for his signature Peruvian-influenced modern Japanese cuisine.
What is the current reason one MUST come to your venue?
Nobu is famous for its special menus and unique dining experience. Eating all of Nobu's special menu can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many foodies.
What is your secret favorite that the crowds have yet to discover?
While it is impossible to play favoritism with our menu items, our Black Cod with Miso is the most popular dish – and for good reason. Cod is a very accessible fish that can be enjoyed by any experienced fish-eater, as well as someone who rarely eats seafood.
Do you have a signature product, service, dish, or drink (if so, please include a picture and description)?
Yes, our Tanoshi Hours are an unforgettable experience, hosted Wednesdays through Sundays, between 5 pm and 6 pm, featuring signature cocktails with curated bar bites.
Why is your venue a necessary part of Atlantic City or County?
The debut of Nobu Atlantic City at Caesars Atlantic City is contributing to the revitalization of the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk. We are also aiding to raise the hospitality bar by introducing world-class experiences to the market.
